Need help low power when take off

I’m looking for advice. First all I’m no expert but have a basic understanding of the tdi. I have a 2002 Jetta tdi. Where I first start it and go to take off the turbo won’t kick in until Rpm gets high. Feels like a 2 stroke power band. I have changed air filters turbo n75 and maf sensor. Any help??

Check the vac pipes, a small leak will cause bad lag. Also worth checking the boost pipes for any leaks.
