my friend had a diesel jeep that was at his dealer for 6 months and he said he had access to an attorney as part of the jeep diesel settlement, do we have that as part of the VW one?

dealer has had my golf for around 100 days so far this year, unregistered now because it has been past the emissions test date for so long and since november 22 this time.

water ingested in 2014,15, 16 3.0 TDIs ?

I was reading in another site about water in air filters on these yr TREGs that caused massive engine damage. It seemed to be from ingestion from rain, not flooding. Any thoughts? I'm about to buy a 2016 TDI. THX
